Being a wedding photographer is more than just standing there with a camera and taking pictures. It’s about telling a story, making fleeting moments last a lifetime and to treasure the special people in our lives with whom we share the big day. It’s not a 9-5 for me, and that’s why I love doing it. From being involved in the preparation nerves to seeing the beautiful bride or groom walk down the aisle to then being a part of incredible receptions where the tension and nerves have all settled is the most fulfilling feeling I can have.
My style is simple to explain – I’m there, but you wouldn’t know. I like to capture moments where people are at their most natural and often, it’s when they don’t have a camera and flash pointed at them. I look for those subtle glances, soft touches and candid moments that would go unnoticed more often than not.
My sessions include wedding preparation for both bride and groom, the ceremony and reception. I cover all the classic group shots which have become expected but I like to discuss creative and unique ideas with the couple beforehand to get some really special and quirky wedding photos.
I love what I do as a wedding photographer and I would love to bring that passion to your special day, so if you’re in the research phase or ready to book a photographer, get in touch with me today.
